**note that SUNDAY is a 'just the wine' day which simply means they are offering complimentary wine tasting Sunday and special discounts or special wine flights.

Saturday and Sunday Passport - Come On In... The Water's Wine! You don't want to skip Alapay during your passport tasting as we were 2011's Big Winner at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition! Winemaker Scott Remmenga, skillfully created (for the second consecutive year) another "Best of Class" 2009 Legrein along with Gold Medals for 2009 Zinfandel and 2008 Rebekah. But wait... there's more! The bigget winner was the 2009 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc which received the "sweepstakes" award for dessert wines! A limited amount of cases are still available at 30% off for Club Members and 25% off non-club members. We will also have available for tasting our other outstanding vintage varietals such as the 2009 Chardonnay, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon; along with the 2008 Zinfandel and the Alatre blend. Saturday and Sunday Passport - Roll on over to AP Winery in old town Santa Margarita to imbibe delicious wines fabulously paired with a selection of meats and cheeses from 15 C. Come try our newest blends. Blanco and Renegade; flavorful wines with colorful names; a tribute to the unique history and wildness of the Santa Margarita ranch and vineyard. Throughout the weekend we will offer an artful pairing; expertly achieved by sommelier Ali Rush Carscaden; featuring foods from her superb local wine shop, 15 degrees C in Templeton. Come Saturday between 4 and 5 to meet with Ali herself and listen as she discusses the art of wine, cheese and meat pairings!

Saturday Passport – Experience five distinct wineries at the Independence Schoolhouse Tasting room. This is truly a unique wine tasting experience. An extreme range of wines, in a wide array of carefully focused styles, are all poured under one roof: from racy Gruner Veltliner, to elegant Pinot Noir, to rich massive red blends, and just about everything in between. Join us for a savory southern style BBQ where Splash Café will be serving spicy shrimp, pulled pork and grits. Savor it all while overlooking our award winning vineyards.

Sunday Passport - If you miss Saturday then come visit us on Sunday for the same unique wines with delicious pulled pork Sandwiches.

Saturday Passport – “Flight of 5” Join us as we enjoy a flight of 5 perfect pairings. 5 of our delicious wines will be paired with a gourmet bite. Enjoying food and wine together enhances the flavors of each and we look forward to sharing those flavors with you! Passport holders will receive a special discount on wine purchases.

Sunday Passport – Incremental Discount Case Sale! We will pour a selection of wines (including small production and library releases) which will be available to purchase with an incremental case discount. 10% off 1 case, 20% off 2 cases, 30% off 3 cases and 40% off 4 cases (max. discount). Mixed orders are ok. Complimentary wine tasting to all passport holders.

Saturday Passport – “Spring into Summer” with our delightfully different wines in the cool ambience of our unique straw bale winery! We will feature live music, a sampling of delicious Asian-fusion munchies and a bounty of tasty wines to complement them. Special “Roll out the Barrels” discounts will be offered all weekend to passport holders.

Return to nature and relax! Venture into our pristine canyon where you will taste wine outdoors beside a creek. Enjoy the finest local art and live music our county has to offer. Get a chair massage while being serenaded by our peacocks! Includes wine tasting and appetizers.

Good day, sunshine! Spend a day among the sun-kissed vineyards, sipping Kynsi wine and lazing on “the lawn with a view.” Indulge in a pulled pork sandwich with all the fixins while enjoying some of our favorite wines. We are featuring live music and special discounts, along with a chance to win a one year wine club membership.

Compare Pinot Noir clones and the influence of terrior with the winemaker at the Top Flight Tasting. We will showcase our most limited bottlings and wines that are only available through our tasting room and wine club. We are featuring light fare and special discounts, along with a chance to win a one year wine club membership.

Saturday & Sunday Passport – Experience the “Joy & Happiness” at Laetitia Winery. Take a gondola ride through our vineyard with a taste of Laetitia wine and simple appetizers. Enjoy the vineyard views while listening to the sounds of Michael Shelton. We will be offering “Joy & Happiness” to passport members. Come out and join us! No groups larger than 10 after 2PM.

Saturday Passport - Take a Trip to Spain! Enjoy a delicious pairing of Seafood and Chorizo Paella with our award winning Pinot Noir. Winemaker, Craig Shannon, will be erving up Paella all day on Saturday and invites you to join us in our wooded canyon picnic area to relax and savor everything SLO ha to offer: great food, great wines and beautiful scenery!

Sunday Passport - The fun doesn't stop - Get out on Sunday to enjoy the last day of our wonderful Roll out the Barrels weekend! We'll have light appetizers on Sunday to keep your palate alive and satisfied. See you there!

Saturday & Sunday Passport - Join us Saturday and Sunday for our Red, White and Blue celebration! Passport holders will enjoy complimentary tastings of our award winning wines along with a few new releases that you won't want to miss! Saturday Passport - Catch the wave and stop by Pismo Beach Winery, the only producing winery in Pismo Beach. Come and join us as we roll out the barrels in celebration of this year’s Passport Weekend! Enjoy an escape to the beach! We will be featuring all of our hand-crafted wines, including 2008 Barbera, Petite Sirah, and Pinot Noir. Savor the delicious complimentary fare paired with these exceptional wines. In addition to our tasting room, the winery will be open for tours. Special Roll Out The Barrels discounts will be available. We look forward to seeing you at Pismo Beach Winery “where the wine country meets the beach.”

After a “Who Done It” Dinner, some of us will have clues that you might just need. So join our family with winemaker Harold Osborne and celebrity chef Mark Kearney at the Schoolhouse. Taste through some seriously private wines paired with decadent bites. Figure out the secrets these vintages offer and win prizes and deadly discounts on our Salisbury wines.

Start at Salisbury before the criminals awaken with our complimentary bi-annual Hair of the Dawg Pancake Breakfast. Enjoy sausage and pancakes with delicious toppings, all paired with our famous Backward Mimosas – just remember to bring your passport wine glasses! This event is complimentary to Grand Tasting participants, Salisbury’s AfterSchool Club, our mysterious Friday night diners, and children. $10 for other guests.

Sunday Passport - C.T. and Tommy Lee rock the Salisbury’s Schoolhouse during our weekly Schoolhouse Rock Concert Series. Listening to the live music is free and open to the public, while the wine and food is available for purchase.

Saturday Passport - Please join Saucelito Canyon on Saturday for our 21^st Annual Roll Out The Barrels Open House Celebration. The day will be filled with some of our favorite things: Ray’s Own Brand sausage, new releases of Zinfandel, and live music to entertain the crowd by friend and musician Darren Delmore. Our new summer releases will be flowing, so be sure not to miss this stop!

Join us for the Sunday Wine Sale to top off your Roll Out The Barrels Weekend. Expect to be heading home with some stock for your cellar because we will be offering some of the most popular wines at a sure-to-be-popular half-case and case discount. Sunday at Saucelito is all about the wine, so don’t miss out!

Saturday and Sunday Passport - Sextant Wines invites you to the historic “Old Edna” town site right on the Edna Valley wine trail. Enjoy world class Zinfandel and Bordeaux style wines . . .then discover our dedication to the Rhone, with 10knots Cellars Rhone blend wines. Find your new favorite wine while enjoying music & pre-release samplings and visiting with proprietors Nancy and Craig Stoller & winemaker Steven Martell. Hors d’oeurves from Sextant’s Gourmet Deli at Old Edna will be served all day. Also, take advantage of “Roll Out The Barrel” specials on select wines. You won’t want to miss it!

Saturday Only Passport - For anyone who does not know, we rarely open our cellar doors. When we do, we keep it simple and straight to the point. No shirts, cookbooks, or those crappy pewter cork stoppers to put in a partially filled bottle of wine that you should have finished in the first place. Just authentic wines from world class local vineyards made in ultra small quantities. Simple appetizers from local produce by Kim Fredrick and wine by Sinor-LaVallee. Enough said.

Saturday Passport - What is better than terrific wines and tapas? Enjoy tasty tapas paired with five delicious Stephen Ross wines, including a barrel sample of 2010 vintage pinot noir, and the inaugural release of our newest varietal, 2010 Stephen Ross Albariño, from right here in the Edna Valley. Owner/winemaker Stephen Ross Dooley will be on hand to lead tours and discuss his craft.

Saturday Passport - Roll-out and visit us at Talley Vineyards in our annual celebration of Roll Out The Barrels, where we’ll be featuring tastes of our current releases, as well as a barrel sample of future wine. You’ll enjoy the tunes of Big Daddy’s Blues Band, sirloin sandwiches with assorted sauces, and Oriental salad; all within the serene landscape of the Arroyo Grande Valley. Saturday includes light lunch, complimentary tastings, music, and fun!

Saturday Passport - Join the Tolosa family for a bright afternoon of sun, food, wine and lawn games. Savor gourmet pizza direct from the Bello Forno wood-fired oven perfectly paired with our solar, sustainable, estate wines! We’ll also be featuring live music to complete the relaxing afternoon.
