SLIDERS & WINE SUNDAY
Open houses and sliders all day Sunday--free tasting all day Sunday included with your Grand Tasting Tickets
It's a Harvest Party at the Beach! Join our winemakers and local celebrity chefs at our Grand Tasting and Wine Auction on Saturday, November 7th at the Avila Beach Resort. Our beachside grand tasting features over 50 wineries and restaurants dishing out handcrafted wines and cuisine with live music by local rock band Moonshiner Collective. Purchase your early admission ticket to get in at 11am, and enjoy exclusive library and reserve wines during the first hour only! Early entry tickets are $100, with general admission (12pm entry) tickets at $75.
But the grand tasting is just the beginning! Our lifestyle and wine auction (beginning at 2pm) features a broad selection of rare wines, culinary treats and SLO Wine Country destination experiences, with a full line-up of silent auction items. VIP table seating is available for groups of 8, so you can get stake your claim at the auction. You'll also have an array of edibles provided by Two Cooks Catering and wine service throughout the live auction. Tables are $750 (limited seating available so purchase your table soon!). And to end the auction, you'll have a chance to raise your paddle and support our "FUND-A-NEED" beneficiary, Womenade. Our auction program will be released in late September, so check back for more details as we get closer to the event.
Your weekend wouldn't be complete without a visit to our local tasting rooms. This year we've added a new twist--SLIDER SUNDAY! Each winery will present their own take on the "slider" with wine and small bites provided. We'll also have great 6-pack wine specials, so you can get your holiday shopping done early! Check back in October for more details on Slider Sunday.
