#CAWineStrong Fire Relief

San Luis Obispo Wine Country
Fire Relief Efforts

Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by the wildfires on California’s North Coast, with condolences for those who have suffered losses. Thank you to the first responders who are working around the clock to save lives and properties.

SLO Wine Country has recently raised $4000 for #CAWineStrong as part of our Harvest on the Coast Auction.

In times like these, we are all neighbors. In that spirit, the SLO Wine Country Association is mobilizing its members to help provide immediate relief and supplies to those in need. The SLO Wine Country Association is also aiming to amplify the statewide initiative known as #CAWINESTRONG, a partnership between California Regional Wine Associations and their members to help directly contribute to relief efforts.

The SLO Wine Country Association is taking the following actions:
-Members and associate members of SLO Wine Country are generating crowd-funded monetary donations that will be directed to relief efforts for communities impacted by the wildfires.  Below is a list of wineries that are participating in the #CAWineStrong initiative:

Cutruzzola Vineyards: 10% of all Tasting Room Sales Donated to Fire Victims

Tolosa: Tolosa, Alpha Omega and the Baggett BBQ team are joining forces with Operation BBQ Relief to provide meals to displaced residents and emergency personnel. Please consider making a $25 donation to Operation BBQ Relief at: https://operationbbqrelief.org/apis/volunteer/donation. Every $25 donated helps to provide 25 meals during a disaster.
